FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

My child woke up not feeling well. What should I do?

We have same day sick visit appointments. Please call our office early in the morning to schedule an appointment.

Is your office accepting new patients?

Yes, we always welcome new patients.

How often should I take my child to the Doctor?

Your child should not only come to the Doctor for an illness. Beginning in infancy, it is important that your child is seen by a doctor on a yearly basis for well-child care exams. The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends this schedule for routine well-care visits:

I am nervous to vaccinate my child - do I have to?

Immunizations are a series of shots given to children at different ages to help ward off serious and potentially fatal childhood diseases. In addition, most schools require each child be vaccinated before entering the school. If you are apprehensive about vaccinations, please do not hesitate to contact our office, we would love to discuss your concerns.

Do you have an in-house lab?

Yes, we offer routine lab tests onsite. We can test for strep, flu, and lead as well as urinanalysis, hemoglobin tests and blood draws.

What if I call and you are closed?

We are always available to take your calls. If we are away from the office, you can always leave a message by pressing the number 1 when you hear the recorded message, and we can return your call as soon as we can. You may also press the number 0 and be connected with a Doctor right away.
